Dapper Jack Return and Refund Policy
At Dapper Jack, we stand by the quality of our men's grooming products. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Below is our return and refund policy:
Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

Return Process

Refunds

Shipping Damage or Issues
If you received an item that was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging
