Where We Ship

Dapper Jack currently ships to the United States and Canada only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping beyond these locations at this time.

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories.
  • All shipments are made to physical street addresses in the United States and Canada.

Shipping Carriers

We use a variety of carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx for U.S. orders, and Canada Post for Canadian orders, depending on the best option available for your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of your order and will be calculated at checkout. Any duties, taxes, or import fees for Canadian shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Dapper Jack is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged package, and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
